Case Senior Limited specialises in providing Legal and Financial support specifically for the elderly.

Our network of legal and financial professionals are all members of SFE (Solicitors For the Elderly) and SOLLA (The Society Of Later Life Advisors). They are qualified to provide independent, accurate and valuable advice in a sensitive manner without pressure or time restraints.

Directors Mark and Helen Sadler founded www.yourcarehome.co.uk, an online care home directory offering clear information, practical support and full details on care homes across the UK, after they discovered how difficult it was to find a care home.  They set the site up specifically to provide the information which had not been available to them when they carried out their own search and to help people through the maze of finding a care home.  They have been interviewed on BBC Radio and Sky News and have taken part in a BBC Radio 4 You & Yours programme about the difficulties of finding a care home.  

Director Andrew Dixson-Smith has worked in Financial Services since 1985 and began specialising in long-term care advice in 1998.  He subsequently founded and formed Care Fees Investment Ltd in 2000, which provides a bespoke service, nationwide, in advising clients in funding their care fees.  Andrew is CF8 qualified, an Accredited Later Life Adviser by the Financial Services Skills Council and a member of the Society of Later Life Advisers.

Andrew regularly presents seminars to audiences of residents, relatives, Solicitors and various professionals in the care sector.  As well as taking part in the Health Insurance Silver Briefing debate for the past three years, he won The Health Insurance Awards Best Long Term Care Intermediary 2009 this October.  He has also written a number of articles and been interviewed earlier this year on BBC Radio on the subject of care fees planning.  Andrew is a representative of an industry committee to develop advice to the elderly, an active supporter and promoter for Accreditation for long term  care advisers, an Advisory Board Member of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA) and a Trustee of a Charitable Trust that provides funding for small businesses.   

Navjiven Mandair has been a qualified solicitor for twelve years and is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). Navjiven works closely with care homes, advising both carers and their residents. She also works with Brent Pensioners Forum assisting with elderly client matters and giving presentations and providing legal clinics. Navjiven is a speaker on care home event days and is also proud to work with Age Concern.
